| Like the first star, a sparkly marcasite star lights up the night sky. Dark purple amethyst, bluish purple tanzanite, cobalt blue kyanite and rainbow moonstone swing from a sterling silver chain, connected by a black spinel bead. Sterling silver chain is finished with a sterling silver clasp. Special details include a sterling silver "extender" chain accented with kyanite and Spinel. Tanzanite is a very special stone, found only in Tanzania, Africa. The mines are all located in an area of about eight square miles in the Merelani Hills, near the base of Mount Kilimanjaro and the city of Arusha.
