Each Piece of Jewelry is Unique

Each piece is hand made, following my own designs. Most of my designs are “one of a kind”, although I do have some pieces that follow the same design, but come in different colored gemstones. Stones are hand picked based on their quality and shape and I often use limited quantity stones.

Materials

I use only high-quality materials including precious and semi-precious gemstones, pearls, shell, wood, leather and suede, silk cord, silver, gold, copper and brass. I typically use sterling silver and 14 kt gold filled wire, chain and clasps. I especially enjoy including Thai Hill Tribes silver beads into my designs.

Agate, amethyst, amazonite, andalusite, apatite, aquamarine, aragonite, blue quartz, carnelian, chalcedony, charoite, chrome diopside, chrysocolla, chrysophase, citrine, coral, cubic zirconia, emerald, fossil coral, fluorite, garnet, gaspeite, grey quartz, iolite, jade, jasper, kunzite, labradorite, lapis lazuli, larimar, kyanite, malachite, marcasite, moonstone, obsidian, onyx, opal, pearl, peitersite, peridot, prehnite, rhodocrosite, rhondonite, rhyolite, river stone, rose quartz, ruby, sapphire, serpentine, smoky quartz, sodalite, spinel, sugilite, sunstone, Swarovski Crystal, tanzanite, Tiffany stone, tiger eye, topaz, tourmaline, tsavorite, turquoise, vesuvianite, whiskey quartz, Wonderstone, and zircon.

Please note that any jewelry that includes suede, leather, or silk is not waterproof. Exposing the jewelry to water will change the color and texture of the leather/suede/silk cord and will likely cause damage to the jewelry.

Please note that sterling silver benefits from periodic polishing.  

Product Search

In the 'Shop By' list (on the left hand side of any category or collection page) you can search for jewelry that contains a specific stone or material. Also, any search term can be entered in the 'Search all products' box at the top of the page.

Product Images

To zoom in on an image, simply hover your pointing device over the image.

Sizes

The sizes (length in inches) of necklaces and bracelets are noted on each product page in the product description. Some pieces include an extender which allows adjustment of the length.

Gift Boxes

Every piece of our jewelry is shipped with a gift box at no additional cost.

Payment Info

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

Shipping/Handling

We ship only to addresses within the United States. Sorry, no international shipping at this time.

Please allow 5-6 business days for delivery. Most orders will arrive sooner. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service) and after receiving your order we begin processing your order as soon as we can. We process and ship orders Monday -  Friday.

For orders up to $400 – Standard delivery is via USPS Priority Mail and is a flat rate of $7.00 for shipping and handling. Tracking number is sent via email.

For orders of $400 and higher – Standard delivery is via USPS Priority Mail and is FREE. Tracking number is sent via email.

If you need overnight shipping, please contact us via email at bluechickjewelry@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate expedited delivery. Overnight shipping will require an additional fee.

Order Status/Tracking

Upon completion of placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which includes a tracking number. You can also contact us at any time via email (bluechickjewelry@gmail.com) to check on your order.

Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY. Sorry, we do not give refunds.

Please notify Blue Chick Jewelry by email before the return at bluechickjewelry@gmail.com.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with receipt, and in perfect unused condition. The customer is responsible for returning the items pre-paid and insured to Blue Chick Jewelry. We highly recommend a service with package tracking such as USPS Priority Mail. Returns lost in shipping will not be credited.

Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with Blue Chick Jewelry is positive.

Alterations / Repairs

In the event that your jewelry needs alteration or repair, the alteration/repair cost will depend on the type of alteration/repair. Please email bluechickjewelry@gmail.com with a short description of the nature of the alteration / repair requested and a picture of the item. We will notify you of the estimated cost and timing via email.
